Dr. Diptendu Bhattacharya, Associate Professor, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, National Institute of Technology Agartala.

• He received the B.E. degree from Malaviya National Institute of Technology (formerly Malaviya Regional Engineering College), Jaipur, Rajasthan, India and M.E. Tel.E. (Computer Engineering) from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India in 1988 and 1999 respectively

• He stood first class first position in order of merit in his M.E. Tel.E. Program.

• He completed Ph.D. (engineering) as a QIP Ph.D. (Engineering) fellow under the supervision of Prof. Amit Konar in Jadavpur University, Kolkata, in 2016.

• He has total 32 years of academic experience till date. Dr. Bhattacharya was the Head of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, in National Institute of Technology, Agartala

• He has published many articles in reputed journals and conferences. He supervised several B. Tech and M. Tech projects and Ph.D. thesis.

He is also the faculty in-charge of Relational Data base Management System Laboratory of NIT Agartala.

Besides academics, Dr. Bhattacharya is highly active in predicting and analysing stock market.
